What do you mean by “unlimited graphic design”?

Geolance’s service of unlimited graphic design includes unlimited requests and revisions. This means that you can make as many project requests as you want, and we will work through them as quickly as possible. But note that we will work on one request at a time. We will also provide you with a project update within one business day. 

What if I make 100 different design requests at a time?

Our platform uses a queuing service. That means that we will process each of your requests individually and will not start the next project until the current one is 100% finished. We do make exceptions, but that must be negotiated with a designer beforehand. The rule of thumb is that Geolance will process a single client request at any given time.

Do you have a trial period?

Yes, we do. After signing up, you try us out for 14 days, and you cancel if you feel like it is not the right fit. We are giving a 14-day money back guarantee during the trial period.

To qualify for it, you must:

- Submit at least two requests

- Provide us with clear directions and feedback during the designing process

How much the service costs?

You can choose from various monthly subscriptions that are starting from $300 per month. We do not have set-up fee, minimum terms or cancellation penalties. Besides, the price you sign up with is the price you pay every month no matter how many requests or revisions you send in!

Are there any additional fees?

Can I get a refund for the month if I didn’t use my account?

Geolance only offers refunds during the initial 14-day trial period and in certain situations. Unfortunately, we do not refund due to account inactivity.

What details should I include in my design request?

Graphic design is a very wide open space. We recommend including such details as: size, format (print or digital), orientation, preferred colours, text copy and inspiration designs, for the best results. Step 1: Find your inspiration

Use Pinterest and Behance. Both of them have huge high-quality collections of infographic designs.

Tip: Create a mood board with all design inspiration pictures that you like. That will help your designer a lot and ensure better understanding!

Step 2: Be specific

Describe your vision in as much detail as possible! Tell us exactly what you want to be done. Decide on what type of infographic you want. Tell us what colours you prefer and send us your branding assets (files, fonts, sketches, or any other files that are relevant to your request). You even can give a hand-drawn sketch of how you want it to look like. Please remember, that assigned designer is NOT a mind-reader, at least yet. Give a ton of examples via providing links or uploads. Tell your designer what you like and what you hate. The more information and details you give, the better the result will be.

We all know, the better the request, the better the final result. Keep that in mind while making yours. The most effective way is to communicate what you need with your designer. Major points that you need to cover are:

- Describe your design

- Provide any photos you need

- Upload any assets

Who is going to work on my request?

Geolance graphic design team is going to take care of it! Based on what you need, the Project Manager will assign your request to the best-suited designer to complete it. Once that request is finished, then we will move on to your next request.

We work on one request at a time, on a first-requested, first-fulfilled basis. This way, you prioritize and get what you need first, the fastest. You can change the priority of your requests by contacting your project manager. They will pause your active request, and start working on the one that is more time sensitive.

Do I need to sign or commit to a long-term contract?

No, don’t. We use the month to month membership, and you can cancel anytime. 

Ok, I’m in, but how long do requests take to complete?

As we work in first-come, first-served basis, all entered requests get into your design team’s queue in the order that they are received. After that, the team starts working on delivering them. They will complete 2-3 tasks per day, depending on how complex the requirements are. Before the design team starts a job, we will be able to provide a “time quote”. It will tell you how long the task will take. On average, we can turn around requests in 1-2 business days. More complex design project such as an app, website, landing page, multi-page booklets and pitch decks will require more time.

What a “time quote” means?

It is an estimated time needed to complete your request. There are no extra payments associated with our services, but we do require time to complete high-quality work.

Can I see an estimated time for a draft of my project?

Yes, of course. Just contact your project manager, and you will know when your 1st draft will be delivered.

Can I speed up a request?

If you need to receive your designs quicker, just tell your designer. In most cases, we can prioritize your other requests in a way that will make it possible.

My request is taking longer than expected. How can I boost my project?

Communicate with your project manager via Geolance platform or use email support. Chances are it is a communication gap, or your designer is waiting for additional information to finish your project.

My request is very time-sensitive. What do I do?

If you need something done immediately, you can indicate “urgent” when submitting your request details. We will try our best to adhere and advise you of the delivery time.

Do you work on the holidays and weekends?

No, we don’t. Our team needs time to rest, meditate, in preparation for more dazzling design ideas to bring to the table.

What about revisions, how are they done, and how long will this take?

Geolance design team will take care of your design, from the first draft to the final product. You can ask for an unlimited number of revisions. Just let the team know the changes that you want to do, via email or your Geolance board. Note that every review will take at least one business day.

What is the max number of requests I can submit at a time?

You can submit as many requests as you need – the max number is unlimited. Your Project Manager will review all of them, to ensure that we have all the required details, and then assign them to your design team. 

I uploaded multiple projects. How do I manage them and tell you in which order I want them done?

You can see the order of your projects on your dashboard. To change it or re-arrange them, contact your Project Manager. Your design team will work on all your projects one-by-one based on the order you assigned. 

Can I submit requests for multiple brands?

Yes, you can. You can send an unlimited number of requests for various brands. We are glad to help you with as many designs as your businesses need.

Can I use 1 account for multiple businesses?

Yes, you can. Geolance online software is built to be simple and intuitive for you to start and manage a design project for multiple brands or businesses. You can use Geolance in any way you like.

Can I share my account with friends or others?

Yes, you can. But do not forget that we process requests in a queue, one at a time. Excessive sharing or abuse usage may harm your experience with our service.

Can you adhere to style and brand guidelines?

Yes, of course, we can. As long as the style/brand guides are provided along with any specific requirements on fonts, colours and sizing, we will be able to deliver design within your guidelines

What designs Geolance doesn’t do?

We are an experienced design team, but there are a few limits to what we can deliver. As long as you want a static graphic design, we will be able to complete the job. This means that we DO NOT do video editing, video or motion graphics, CAD, animations, 3d work and cartoons. We also do not provide extremely complex or fine art illustrations and Photoshop art or complex photo manipulation. If you have any doubts or have more questions, contact us before signing in.

Are you able to develop and make a full design for iOS/Android apps?

Yes, we are. Our specialists can completely design an iOS or Android application. But note that such projects will take time and require extensive revisions, reviews, and approvals for each page.

Do you offer web design services?

Yes, we do. We can help you with designing or re-designing of your website, but it will take longer than the usual 1-2 business day to turn around. Everything depends on the complexity and number of pages.

I need multiple design variations. How do I do that?

Just specify that you want multiple versions of this design when creating your design project. A dedicated designer will deliver multiple drafts of variations for your review.

Do you create projects in another language?

Yes, we do. As long as you provide the instructions in English and all of the content required for the project, we will be able to complete the task.

I just received my design, but I am not happy with the quality of it. What do I do?

In this case, you need to talk to your project manager right away. He will solve the problem and will likely assign another qualified designer to work on your projects. Who is my account manager, and what is his role?

All Geolance subscriptions come with an account manager that will make sure that you use our platform to the best extent. Our account manager will ensure your designs are completed on time and handle changes in your request priorities and any problems with your account. He also communicates with you to understand your needs.

What is my designer’s role?

Designer is a specialist that executes your request. He verifies that your brief is complete and clear, produces awesome designs promptly and handles all feedbacks and revisions. Designer also provides source files. Great results highly depend on you communicating well your expectations.

How many hours a week will the designer work?

With Geolance, you never have to worry about hourly billing or hidden charges. When we promise “unlimited design,” we do mean it. We work on a project basis. After completing the first design project, we move onto the next one on your queue.

Can I change my designer and how to do it?

Sometimes the assigned designer might not be the right fit for you. No problem here! If you want to switch your designer, just contact your project manager, and we will be happy to find a perfect fit for your needs. 

Is it difficult to cancel?

No, it is not. You can email support directly or simply tell your project manager. You do not need to explain anything, the only question we may ask, “What could we have done better for you to stay?”

I cancelled my account but still got billed? What do I do?

In this case, please contact support immediately. The cancellation request will be time-stamped and recognized on the date and time that you submitted it. If you were billed after that date, you would be eligible for a refund.
